Oh where to start everything was amazing, the hotels, the culture the food and I'm also glad you let me know about the luggage transfer thing as we used it for all our transfers,thus made traveling around so much easier. Mind you also had to buy an additional case to bring back all the shopping lol
Japan was so amazing we are already planning to go back again, definitely for the same amount of time but just to 3 cities we think.
All the hotels had amazing facilities and were totally stunning, the one at Hakone was so beautiful but I didn't indulge in the spa, just not enough time, the entranceway to the one In Kyoto was beautiful and the one in Kyoto was at a beautiful shrine. Really they were all fabulous

Hi Jean, we are just back from our trip to Kerala,which you organised with Go Barefoot. Without exaggeration, this goes down as one of the most memorable of our lives. It was chock-full of unforgettable experiences, interacting with folk dancers and musicians, crafts men and women, the bamboo village, the houseboat and secluded island in the backwaters, the homestay on an organic farm… We had a wonderful trip and made lifelong friends along the way. Thank you for finding and organising the tour for us.

Jean and Genie Travel, Booked my first holiday to Tokyo which was originally meant to happen 2020 but covid happened and Jean kept me updated on how things where going and finally 2022 I got to Japan, it was an amazing time and using the wealth of knowledge I visited many of the tourist spots of the city. I went again in 2023, once again brilliant, completely different experience from 2022, everything was great and Jean was on hand if I had any queries, issues or questions. I am aiming to go back in 2025 this taking in Osaka, Kyoto and Hiroshima as well as Tokyo, and I will be only booking it at one place Genie Travel, recommend 100%!'

Thank you Jean Young for organising our Riviera Travel trip to Classical Spain. Brilliant! Really well organised, good hotels, efficient tour manager, good value. We visited Mijas, Ronda, Córdoba, Seville, and Granada. Riviera seems to have a very wide range of holidays so I will definitely go with them again.
Jean organised a bespoke trip of a lifetime for me and my two daughters. We went to India, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and United States. The hotels, guides and arrangements were superb and we had a truly memorable trip. Jean took care of everything!

Hello Jean We had a wonderful trip thank you. We loved the Gruuthouse Hof restaurant and also went to the Vlaamshe Pot as well which was fab. We bought some goodies at the market and even had a swim in the hotel pool. All round great trip. Thank you so much for organising it. Rosx
